Howdy, ROBIN here!
I stumbled into coaching as I was helping some colleagues prepare for their CaRMS interviews and I absolutely loved the process.
- I love guiding others to uncover beautiful stories and core truths about themselves.
- I love helping people learn and develop the skills to effectively share and express who they are.
- I love witnessing the transformation of skills and confidence.
I have over two decades of personal and professional training in various areas of communications, including presentations, public speaking, storytelling, negotiation, and performance.
My business degree and tech work provided me with unique skills that are a boon to coaching such as identifying core issues, universalizing ideas, marketing effectively, and the ability to present any concept to any audience.
Also, I worked many years in the film and television industry. This means I have a keen eye and understanding of the technical aspects required for visually aesthetic online interviews.
Helping people meet their goals is an honour and a pleasure.

COACHING IS A PrOcEss
Some of my services can be successfully provided as discrete, one-off options - such as personal letter workshopping, letter review, brainstorming sessions, and video technical support.
However, my key coaching services, such as core story development and interview practice, require multiple sessions. Not only do new skills and techniques take time to master, but integrating feedback and completing the assigned homework necessitates space between sessions.
Results are transformative with a holistic and comprehensive approach to this work - when all of the coaching components are addressed and practised regularly over a period of time. That said, to realize these results, you also need to be serious about your own success and willing to show up excited to learn and work hard.
it is my priority to provide transformative results to as many people as possible. Therefore, I will work with you to create a coaching plan that best meets your goals, needs, and financial situation.
